Kids Ministry Director
CityBridge Community Church is seeking a Kids Ministry Director to lead the discipleship and spiritual formation of children from preschool through elementary. This role provides vision, experienced leadership, and pastoral care to help kids know Jesus, grow in their faith, and take their first steps as followers of Christ. The Kids Ministry Director partners closely with parents, recruits and develops volunteer leaders, and collaborates with the Family Ministry team to cultivate a Christ-centered, Gospel-driven kids ministry that aligns with CityBridge's mission and values.
