Hello! I was born in Seattle, Washington, but raised in Richardson, Texas, by my parents alongside two older siblings. I accepted Christ in elementary school and spent many years learning about Jesus through the faithful people the Lord placed in my life. However, it wasn’t until college that I truly began to understand what the gospel meant to me personally and just how deeply the Lord loves us. Since then, I have experienced the transformative power of the gospel as I fully surrendered my life to Christ and began walking with Him daily.
I attended the University of North Texas, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. After graduating, I worked for two years as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant at a private clinic serving children. It was truly a joy and privilege to partner with families and help their children reach important communication milestones. After finding out we were expecting our first baby, I stepped away from my work as an SLPA to focus on being home with my son — a season that has been such a gift. During this time, I also began serving with Kids Midweek here at CityBridge. God used my seven years on this team to truly grow my love for ministry.
My husband, Luke, and I met at UNT and have been married for nine years. We are blessed with two wonderful boys. Spending time with my three guys is my greatest joy! In my free time, I enjoy reading a good book, watching movies, and letting my competitive side shine during game nights.
